CSS, one of Switzerland's leading health insurance companies, has been using the KICKBOX method for about three years now. For them, innovation is a core value, both to differentiate themselves from the competition as well as to ensure they provide their customers with the most convenient, quality care possible. They're continuously investing in innovative new offerings—and KICKBOX has been a valuable part of the process. After three years of running the KICKBOX program throughout the whole company of 2,700 employees, we received approximately 50 ideas. Out of those, CSS started 40 RedBoxes and created a KICKBOX community of 230 employees!
