This is why the following data privacy statement will provide information about how we ensure data security on the platforms of our three different services (KICKBOX, IMPROVE and FEEDBACK), and through our website www.rready.com, which data is gathered and how the provided data is edited and used.
By using our website and platforms and as the case may be, with the creation of a personal account, filling out of submission forms, you declare to accept the subsequently described data privacy statement as well as the depicted kind of elicitation, editing and usage of the data in it. rready reserves the right to collect any kind of data while you are visiting the website. For the purpose of the continuous optimization of the pages and the design of the website, we use Google Analytics. However, this may lead to limited service functionalities or no functionalities at all.

If necessary, Personal Data is transmitted to other parts of the company. Rready discloses personal data only within the same company and to those necessarily needing to have the personal data for business use. In this case, the transfer is based on article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Under no circumstances will we rent, sell or otherwise share Personal Data to third parties, except with your consent, the disclosure is necessary to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, a legal obligation exists or it is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you. Your rights regarding the transmission and processing of its Personal Data to third parties in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations will be respected. A transfer of Personal Data will take place in relation to the web analysis services as listed above (google analytics and google ads).

If you’d like an overview over your personal data or have them completely removed, please get in touch with our Data Protection Officer using the email address provided below. We are happy to assist in such cases as we take data privacy seriously!
Your rights
You have the right to receive the Personal Data we hold about you in a structured, common, machine-readable format and free of charge. Upon request, we will transfer your Personal Data to another controller.
