The challenge

With over 9,000 employees across Europe, Implenia’s employee-base largely consists of non office workers, who are necessitating the need for a solution that could seamlessly mobilise employees across various roles and project sites to innovate. Implenia faced the challenge of finding a straightforward, yet powerful tool to unite their diverse workforce in pursuing innovation – from accountants to project managers, to construction workers.


The solution

Das Intrapreneurship-Programm von rready kombiniert intelligente Software, KI-Funktionen und Coaching, um Mitarbeitende bei der Umsetzung von Innovation zu unterstützen. Es ist so gestaltet, dass es von allen genutzt werden kann – unabhängig von Rolle, Aufgabenbereich oder Erfahrung.

Implenia führte das Programm ein, um Mitarbeitende zu befähigen und unternehmensweites Intrapreneurship zu fördern. Strukturierte Prozesse, Coaching, Budgetunterstützung und Zeit, in der Mitarbeitende sich voll auf Innovation konzentrieren können bilden dafür die Grundlage. Von Beginn an waren alle Ideen willkommen, was ein skalierbares, wiederholbares und messbares Konzept ermöglichte.

Das Programm bietet einen standardisierten Rahmen, über den Mitarbeitende Ideen einreichen, weiterentwickeln und in tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle überführen können. Der Prozess umfasst drei Phasen: Validierung, Testen und mögliche Umsetzung.

Das Innovation Hub Team von Implenia machte das Programm früh sichtbar – durch Besuche auf Baustellen und visuelle Materialien, die den direkten Austausch förderten und die Bedeutung von Innovation im Unternehmen unterstrichen. Alle Online-Elemente wurden mobil optimiert, um den Zugang zu erleichtern und Zusammenarbeit sowie Wissensaustausch über alle Ebenen hinweg zu stärken.

Auf der Plattform werden zudem Projekte vorgestellt, die weitere Mitarbeitende inspirieren sollen. Durch das Programm ist eine starke, unternehmensweite Community entstanden, die durch regelmäßige Innovationsveranstaltungen zusätzlich gestärkt wird.

Laut Diana Fischer, Innovation Analyst bei Implenia, entsteht Erfolg vor allem dann, wenn Mitarbeitende kontinuierlich eingebunden werden, wenn neue Ideen aktiv gefördert werden und wenn sowohl Erfolge als auch Learnings offen kommuniziert und gefeiert werden.
