For more than a decade, KICKBOX helped thousands of employees turn ideas into action. During that time, rready grew from a small startup into an established provider of innovation solutions.

Since then, the way companies collaborate and manage ideas has changed. rready evolved too: from a pure innovation provider into a broader work platform where teams run projects, track issues, document knowledge, and manage their workflows. We call it sovara.

We are therefore discontinuing KICKBOX as a standalone program and moving its idea management capabilities into sovara. Idea management stays fully available with rready. It is now part of a single sovereign platform, alongside project and knowledge management, with full control over your data and infrastructure.
